Court Marriage – Special Marriage Act 1954 (Section 13) in Delhi and Noida Ghaziabad
Court marriage procedure is governed by the ‘Special Marriage Act, 1954′ and is common across the nation. Court marriage can be solemnized between two parties (belonging to the same or different nations) irrespective of their religion, caste or race.
Marriage Registration& Court Marriage
If you want to apply personally for Registration of Marriage in the Office of the Registrar of Marriage, then it may take 30-40 days in completing this whole process. However, in the current time nobody has the time to do this odd job, people are either busy in their office work or the other. In this procedure, a notice will also be served at your house stating that you son/daughter has applied for the registration of his/her marriage. The couples who get married without the permission of their parents and still want to register their Marriage then they will want that no notice should be sent to their parents.
Under such circumstances there is another easy way out that you should get married at our Arya Samaj Temple and with our help get your Marriage registered the same day. It takes only one day in the whole process (provided there is not technical hindrance) and in this process, no notice is sent to the parents of the couple. If you have all documents and witnesses available with you, then the registration of your marriage in the Marriage Registration Office can be done within one day itself.

Note:
- Age of the Groom should be 21 years or above & Bride should be 18 years or above
- Bride or the Bridegroom must be a Delhi resident.

Age Proof for Both (Any One Document):
- Birth Certificate
- School Leaving Certificate.
- Transfer Certificate.
- SSC or HSC Board Certificate.

Address Proof For Both (Any of Two Documents):
- Adhar Card
- Passport
- Property Tax receipt / Bill
- Election Identity Card
- MSEB Electricity Bill or BSNL Telephone Bill Name of the Applicant
- Rent Agreement ( Registered )
- MSEB Bill / Index II / Possession Letter
- Company Letter Head with Company Id Card
- Ration Card
for divorcee / widow / widower:
- If applicant is divorcee : Judgement and Court Decree copy
- If applicant is widow or widower : Death Certificate of Spouse

Note:
- To Register the Marriage you require three witnesses, the witnesses are need to submit certain documents as proofs.
- Witness should be an adult, more than 21 years of age, can be Parents, Relatives & Friends

Court Marriage Certificate
Once the application is submitted to the Government Office it will take minimum 30 days / One Month as per Govt. Rule for processing. From the date of application approval we get 60 days time to get the Court Marriage Registration done.
The applicant can choose one date of the 60 days for the registration to be done. We need total 3 witness with 1-1 passport size photograph alongwith residential proof. Driving liecene is not valid for witness as residential proof. The Certificate you will get the same date
